Want to join Mister Bear, Ms. Giraffe, The Clouds and Professor Chicken, PhD on a magical journey to the 2012 One Show? All you have to do is create something ONEderful, a poster in the style of our 2012 campaign. The winning design will appear on screen at the 2012 ONE Show and in the social media promotion for our ONE Show Festival 2012.
The winning designer will receive:
- For winners outside of the NYC area:
- - economy airfare for one *
- - hotel accommodations **
- - one ticket to attend the 2012 One Show awards ceremony and afterparty
- For winners in the NYC area:
- - two All Access Passes to attend One Show Festival Week
- (includes tickets to The One Show, One Show Design, One Show Interactive and the afterparties)
- - Create a poster (1920w x 1080h) in the style of our CFE based on the idea, "Create something ONEderful"
- - Email a high res jpeg of your design to onederful@oneclub.org
- - We will then post your entry to our "Your ONEderful Design Contest" album on Facebook
- - The entry with the most "likes" by March 30, 2012 wins!
- - The winner will be notified via email by April 6, 2012

** Hotel accommodations will be arranged by The One Club. The winner will receive a room at The Ace Hotel for the nights of Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 10.

By participating in the "Your ONEderful World" Contest (the "Contest"), you fully agree and accept the "Your ONEderful World" Contest Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") set out below (as amended from time to time). These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with information appearing in the entry instructions.
The contest is only open to entrants who are aged 18 years and over.
The contest is not open to employees of the One Club ("Promoter") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling), affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, advisers; or anyone else involved in the creation or administration of the contest.
To enter the contest, follow the "How to Participate" guidelines above.
Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of submitting your entry.
To enter the contest, entrants must have access to a computer and access to the internet and entries must be submitted digitally.
The contest opens at 12pm EST on November 28 2011, and closes at 11:59pm EST March 16 2012. Entries received after the closing date will not be processed. "Likes" can be acquired until 11:59pm EST March 30 2012.
The winner will receive a trip for one to New York. The trip will consist of i) flight for one in standard class and ii) two nights' accommodation at the Ace Hotel in New York based on one person staying.
The winner will be responsible for arranging and purchasing i) any and all transportation to and from airports and the accommodation, ii) any and all meals, drinks and activities during the short trip, iii) any insurance, iv) a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity for the entire duration of the short break), v) any visas that may be required to travel, vi) any vaccinations or inoculations and v) all other expenses incurred by the winner. The One Club accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
The One Club reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be notified by e-mail by The One Club within five (5) business days of the prize-draw for the contest referred to above in paragraph 7. If the winner does not respond to that e-mail from the Promoter within seven (7) days of the time of notification to confirm receipt, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and The One Club will be entitled to select another winner at random (and that winner will have to respond to the e-mail sent to them by the Promoter within seven days of that e-mail being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize and the same process will apply until a winner accepts the prize).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts.
The One Club's decision is final and binding in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
The One Club is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. The One Club cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions,failings or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions,failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from any disruptions, failings or cancellations should be sent to the relevant entity. The One Club can provide you with their details on request.
The One Club reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
The One Club may, in its reasonable discretion, disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or word of these Terms and Conditions.
The One Club does not accept responsibility for any contest entries that are lost, damaged, mislaid or delayed or for any technical failure or any event which may cause the contest to be disrupted. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
To the extent permitted by law, The One Club reserves the right to use the winner's voice, image, photograph, name and likeness for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and in entering the contest, all entrants consent to the same.

A request to access, update, or correct any information should be directed to the One Club.
The One Club accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
Nothing shall exclude the liability of the One Club for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of either party's negligence.
The One Club shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
