PRINT
SUBMISSION METHOD: A physical piece must be sent with entry labels attached. Please note that digital images for all print entries must be uploaded as well as submitting the print version.

NEWSPAPER & MAGAZINE FORMAT:
- Only UN-MOUNTED tear sheets or proofs will be judged.
- Entry must be submitted as the size it was published.
- Translations, if needed, must be attached to the back of an entry.
- Print campaigns MUST be taped together lengthwise (horizontally) in a row. Not taping campaigns together or taping them incorrectly will result in lost or misplaced pieces of a campaign. Click here for an example.
PLEASE NOTE:
- NEW: You will be required to upload images for ALL pieces of your print campaigns. These images will NOT be used for judging.
A physical print is still required for judging.
- Use these guidelines for Public Service Newspaper & Magazine categories.
- Supplements may be entered in full-page magazine categories. You do not need to break it into tear sheets. One complete supplement is the same as one single ad.
- The same ad may NOT be entered in both consumer and trade categories.
- The same ad may NOT be entered in both public service and consumer categories.
- The same ad in different executions may NOT be entered in the same category.
SMALL SPACE FORMAT:
- Only ads under 1/4 page will be accepted.
- Only UN-MOUNTED tear sheets or proofs will be judged.
- Entry must be actual size in the format published. Enlargements are NOT accepted.

SUBMISSION METHOD: Entries must be uploaded online OR sent on a data DVD/CD. No printed pieces will be accepted for these categories.

BILLBOARD, TRANSIT & INSTALLATION FORMAT:
Images allowed for singles: 1 - 4
Images allowed for campaigns: 3 - 10
- Only digital images are accepted for these categories. The following file(s) will be accepted for judging: hi-res JPEG, 300 DPI.
- The longest side should be 2400-4800 pixels.
- If there is text included on your images, please make sure that it is readable on your computer screen. The image will be projected and viewed at a distance of at least 5 feet. It is important that the judges be able to read the text.
- For entries submitted by data DVD/CD, label each file with its corresponding entry number.
DIGITAL/ELECTRONIC O.O.H. FORMAT:
- Videos are accepted in this Out of Home category and this Out of Home category only.
- Entries in this category cannot be entered into any other Out of Home Category.

- Videos must be 3 minutes max. If your video exceeds 3 minutes, the One Show reserves the right to end the judging after the 3 minute mark.

COLLATERAL & SELF PROMOTION
SUBMISSION METHOD: A physical piece is required. For any piece larger than 48" x 56" upload images or send on a data DVD/CD.

Promotion & Self Promotion:
Images allowed for singles: 1 - 4
Images allowed for campaigns: 3 - 10
FORMAT: For entries smaller than 48" x 56" (121.9 cm x 142.2 cm)
- Only advertising is allowed in this category. Absolutely NO christmas cards, greeting cards, birth announcements, wedding announcements, school reunions, bar mitzvahs or brochures - these can be entered in One Show Design.
- The actual physical piece(s) must be submitted.
FORMAT: For entries larger than 48" x 56" (121.9 cm x 142.2 cm)
- Any piece larger than 48" x 56" (121.9 cm x 142.2 cm) must be uploaded online OR sent on a data DVD/CD.
- Only the following file(s) will be accepted for judging: hi-res JPEG, 300 DPI.

SUBMISSION METHOD: For all Public Service preparations, please follow the preparation for the corresponding consumer categories.
RADIO
SUBMISSION METHOD: Entries may be submitted digitally via our
upload center OR sent on a data DVD/CD.
Files required for singles: 1
Files required for campaigns: 3
FORMAT:
- Only the following file(s) are accepted: MP3
- For data DVD/CD: Please label MP3 files with their corresponding entry numbers located on the entry label.
- Radio ads must be submitted in the language they aired. For non-English ads, an English translation should be included in the Entry Description section.
- For data DVD/CD: Please include a Radio Log with the CD.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Use these guidelines for Public Service Radio.
- Entry labels are not needed for uploaded files.
- The same ad may not be entered in both public service and consumer categories.
- Different cuts of the same spot may not be entered in the same categories.
- Only 3 spots will be accepted as a campaign. Any additional spots submitted will be cut.

SUBMISSION METHOD: Entries may be submitted digitally via our

FORMAT: Uploaded files

- No slate needed for uploaded spots.
- Only the following file(s) are accepted: Quicktime MOV, MP4.
- When uploading campaigns, each spot must be uploaded separately.
FORMAT: Data DVD
- Click here for widescreen & standard technical specifications.
- No slates are required for uploaded entries.
- Individual campaign spots must be separated by 2 seconds of black.
- Entries in the same category should all be placed on one DVD. Do not submit a data DVD compiled of entries from different categories.
- All DVDs must be submitted as a Data DVD with separate files. Playable DVDs will not be accepted and may result in your entries being disqualified.
- Corresponding entry labels should be securely attached to the data DVD.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Commercial spots MUST be submitted as the version aired on TV or broadcast. Director's cuts, agency cuts or versions not approved by the client will be disqualified.
- Public Service television cannot be entered into these categories. They must be submitted in Public Service categories.
- Entry labels are not needed for entries that have been uploaded through the One Club Online Upload center.
- All non-English spots must be subtitled or dubbed in English. The One Club will not accept written translations of foreign spots.
- A TV log is not needed if the entries are uploaded.
- Two :15 commercials will not be considered as one :30 commercial.
- A single spot may only appear in one campaign.
- Only 3 spots will be accepted as a campaign. Any additional spots submitted will be cut.
- All three commercials of a campaign must be of equal length (e.g. :30/:30/:30) except in category 9G: Campaigns of Varying Length.

INNOVATION IN ADVERTISING

upload center OR sent on a data DVD). Please note that printed presentation boards will not be accepted.
All entries must be submitted digitally.
FORMAT: Mini Movie Presentation
- Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes max.

- For uploads and data DVDs, only the following file type(s) will be accepted: Quicktime MOV, MP4.
- Your video should focus on the innovative quality of your entry.
FORMAT: Digital Images

- Only the following file(s) will be accepted for judging: hi-res JPEG, 300 DPI.

- Your video should focus on the user and their experience when coming into contact with the brand. This includes installations, events and competitions.

- If your video exceeds 3 minutes, the One Show reserves the right to end the judging after the 3 minute mark.

- Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes max.

- When submitting hi-res images (in addition to the mini-movie) please be sure to submit real images of the print and collateral, not screen grabs from the movie.
